As the VCCS continues toward the published Information Technology Vision, several concepts and guidelines are required to establish the "Rules of the Road". A customer driven client server environment requires a common set of expectations from the customer's perspective. These expectations are defined in the form of connectivity, capability, and support available from the Information Infrastructure. The following guidelines establishes the minimum expectations. These guidelines are periodically reviewed through a governance process to reflect changes in technology and customer requirements.
